Our Rates

Cleaning Prices

Every visit is tailored to your home, your schedule, and the level of detail you want.

Soft Cleaning

$80 / per hour

  • Soft cleaning
  • Bed linen wash & dry
  • Light house cleaning (sweep, mop, vacuum)
  • Wash and fold clothing

Note: What is listed for soft cleaning is what should be available for service.

Deep Cleaning

$140 / per hour

A detailed, top-to-bottom service for homes that need a more intensive refresh.

Prices are subject to change based on the condition of the home and the level of work required.

What To Expect

Deep Cleaning Checklist

Recommended for first-time clients or homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently.

Kitchen & Dining Area

  • Thoroughly clean the inside of the microwave
  • Deep clean the stovetop (remove grease buildup)
  • Clean the exterior of all cabinets and drawers
  • Clean and degrease the backsplash
  • Detail the sink (remove buildup and polish the faucet)
  • Thoroughly wipe baseboards
  • Detail clean light fixtures

Living Room

  • Detailed dusting, including hard-to-reach areas
  • Thoroughly clean baseboards
  • Clean window tracks and window edges
  • Wipe doors, door frames, and handles
  • Spot clean walls (remove marks and scuffs)
  • Clean under furniture (where accessible)
  • Detail clean ceiling fans and light fixtures

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect the toilet (bowl, seat, lid, base, and behind)
  • Scrub the shower and/or bathtub (remove soap scum and buildup)
  • Clean and detail tile and grout
  • Clean the sink and polish the faucet
  • Scrub mirrors & clean countertops
  • Wipe cabinet fronts, doors, frames, and handles
  • Thoroughly clean baseboards
  • Dust and detail light fixtures
  • Empty trash and wipe the trash bin
  • Sweep and mop the floor

Bedrooms & Office

  • Detailed dusting, including corners and edges
  • Thoroughly clean baseboards
  • Wipe doors, door frames, and handles
  • Spot clean walls
  • Clean under furniture (where accessible)
  • Clean closet floors (where accessible)

Laundry Room

  • Wipe washer and dryer (top, front, and sides)
  • Dust corners and clean baseboards
  • Sweep and mop the floor

Reward applies only once the referred person has completed and paid for their first cleaning.

Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of your cleaning service.
  • We accept Cash, Check, and E-Transfer.
  • Late payments are subject to a $25.00 per day late fee until the balance is paid in full.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Cleaning Supplies

  • We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • If you prefer specific cleaning products, please have them available for our team to use.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your service.
  • We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided.

5. Photos & Videos

  • We may take before-and-after photos or videos of our work for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • No personal information, family members, or identifying details will be displayed without your permission.

6. Biohazard Cleaning

  • For the safety of our staff, we do not clean biohazard materials, including but not limited to blood, vomit, human or animal waste, needles, or other hazardous substances.

7. Price Adjustments

  • If additional work is required beyond the original scope of service, we will discuss and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional charges.
